Background
NetDevices, our leading web development agency, was approached by Need Eat. Their requirement was to improve the user experience (UX/UI) of their platform. They also entrusted us with the development of their mobile application and administrative back office.
Solution(s)
To meet the customer's requirements, we opted for a three-step approach.
First, we redesigned the user interface. We needed to make it more intuitive and improve the overall user experience on the platform. The changes were therefore guided by in-depth research into user behavior and current market trends. Second, the use of React Native enabled us to create a robust and high-performance mobile application. The latter offers users quick and easy access to their favorite restaurants. Third, to help Need Eat manage their business efficiently, we developed an administrative back office using Node.js, React.js , and React-admin. This system has enabled them to manage orders, partner restaurants, customers, and deliveries. At the same time, reporting tools are in place to analyze the company's performance.
Impact
NetDevices' intervention had a significant impact on Need Eat's business. The mobile app, with its improved user interface, generated an increase in downloads. Customer satisfaction and loyalty have also increased. The back-office system has also improved operational efficiency. This allows the Need Eat team to focus more on growing their business rather than on administrative tasks.
