Need Eat is an innovative service that delivers home-delivered meals from local restaurants and food shops in Nouméa. Thomas AUXENCE is the founder of this project. Their vision is bold. It's about reinventing the city's culinary landscape through a practical delivery solution. Need Eat is rapidly gaining in popularity and becoming a key player in the New Caledonian meal delivery market.

Context

NetDevicesour leading web development agency, was approached by Need Eat. Their need was to improve the user experience (UX/UI) of their platform. They also entrusted us with the development of their application mobile and back administrative office.

Solution(s)

To meet the customer's requirements, we opted for a three-stage approach.

Firstly, we redesigned the user interface. We had to make it more intuitive and improve the overall user experience on the platform. The changes were therefore guided by in-depth research into user behavior and current market trends. Secondly, the use of React Native has enabled the creation of a robust, high-performance application mobile. This provides users with quick and easy access to their favorite restaurants. Thirdly, to help Need Eat manage their business efficiently, we developed a back-administrative office using Node.js, React.js and React-admin. This system has enabled them to manage orders, partner restaurants, customers and deliveries. At the same time, reporting tools are in place to analyze the company's performance.

Impact

The NetDevices intervention has had a significant impact on Need Eat's business. Theapplication mobile, with its improved user interface, has generated an increase in downloads. Customer satisfaction and loyalty have also increased. The back-office system also increases operational efficiency. This in turn enables the Need Eat team to concentrate more on developing their business rather than on administrative tasks.
