Infogreffe is a Groupement d'Intérêt Economique that makes available to the public data collected from the 134 commercial court registries.

About us
Infogreffe is a platform that centralizes information from the French Trade and Companies Register (RCS) and brings together all the clerks of the French commercial courts. It offers legal and economic information on French companies, and enables you to carry out the main administrative procedures associated with the life of a company online, such as modifications, deregistrations and filing of deeds.
Context
Infogreffe called on NetDevices to make its site responsive without the need for a mobile application . To do this, we used one of our SaaS solutions Web2Mobile which, with some code, makes the existing site into a mobile version.
Solution(s)
NetDevices used its solution Web2Mobile and worked onUX/UI : interface creation and design, Photoshop, Justinmind, Media Queries (CSS), Javascript.
Impact
Thanks to NetDevices on UX for the mobile responsive, users can quickly access all the legal information on a French company, including articles of association, Kbis extracts, annual accounts, etc. The information available on Infogreffe comes from official sources. For companies registered with the RCS, data is extracted from the public registers of each Commercial Court clerk's office, or transmitted by INPI for other jurisdictions. For companies not registered with the RCS, information is taken from the SIRENE register maintained by INSEE. To use the services, users must create an account on the site and add the information required according to their situation.
Technology

Challenges
The challenge for NetDevices to make a non-responsive site accessible on mobile with Web2Mobile, presents several major challenges. One of the main challenges is to adapt the layout and design using only existing CSS classes. This requires careful CSS redesign to ensure that elements fit correctly on small screens without disrupting the desktop version. An effective solution is to reuse existing CSS classes and add media queries to adapt the style to different screen sizes. At the same time, it's essential to hold UX meetings to determine which screens and functionalities are most important for the mobile version. This involves making strategic choices to simplify the mobile user interface, eliminating non-essential information and prioritizing clarity and ease of use. Thanks to this approach, it's possible to transform a non-responsive site into a pleasant, functional mobile experience, while optimizing available resources.
