Background

Freelance trainers often work without centralized tools. Between managing schedules, invoicing, and tracking sessions, many juggle multiple applications (Excel, calendars, messaging, accounting tools).
This fragmentation leads to a lack of efficiency and visibility in their work.

Timmy was designed to meet this need for simplicity and autonomy:
a unique application, connected to the calendar for effective schedule management, an application adapted to the reality of trainers in the field.

Solution(s)

The application Timmy was developed by NetDevices with the React Native framework, in order to ensure cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android) and optimal performance.
The application Timmy place it time and client management at the heart of its interface. Agenda-focused home page: quick view of appointments and scheduled sessions.
Creation and management of clients and groups: for example, a trainer can schedule a session at Pigier with several groups on specific dates.
Integrated invoicing and quotes: automatic generation, PDF export, and direct sending to customers.
