NetDevices created this application which helps improve the user experience by making the healthcare system more accessible, convenient, and tailored to patients' needs. It also helps reduce congestion on practice phone lines and streamline the management of medical appointments.
Background
Medical practices are also highlighted thanks to a dedicated page listing their address, the services they offer, how to get there (transport, parking), and contact details so users can reach them directly if needed. Automatic reminders, the ability to reschedule or cancel an appointment directly from the app, and the centralization of all medical information related to appointments allow users to better organize themselves and ensure they don't miss their appointments.
